Sales and purchases of
grain on the Ukrainian grain market completely suspended, until grain traders
receive licenses. As some grain market operators predict, only several
companies might receive licenses to export grain in volumes, set by the
Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
As of Tuesday, average prices for wheat at
elevators were: wheat of 3rd class - 900 UAH per ton (180 USD), wheat 4th class
- 700-800 UAH per ton (140-160 USD), and wheat of 6th class - 700-750 UAH per
ton (140-150 USD), Cabinet's press office reported.
In late October the
Cabinet of ministers resolved on licensing grain exports, which made the grain
market to temporarily suspend export of grain.
