The draft budget-2007’s first reading has been postponed from October 20 to October 31; VR Speaker Oleksandr Moroz told opening the Factions’ Leaders Conciliatory Council.
According to his words, the corresponding proposition was submitted by the Cabinet and backed by the Ukrainian parliament.
The Verkhovna Rada’s agenda on this week consists of 50 draft bills for consideration (eight of them are proposed by the President).
On Wednesday, MPs are to address the WTO issues. However, Moroz stressed that these documents need to be considered by the Conciliatory Council.
