The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has registered a draft bill which proposes to introduce a finger-print voting. OU MP Mykola Katerynchuk is an author of it.
According to the draft bill, the MPs will be allowed to vote only after finger-print identification. Katerynchuk supposes it will ensure the constitutional demand regarding personal participation of the deputies in a voting process.
