“Appointment of party members for the posts of ministers is a result of agreement between the Ukrainian President and the Prime minister and not a consequence of Our Ukraine party’s entrance into the “anti-crisis” coalition,” the deputy told Razom site.
“They (ministers) are the president’s protégés. Staff issues are under competence of the head of the state and the head of the government. Therefore possible resignation of ministers from the Our Ukraine party depends on the president’s and the PM’s position,” Tretyakov said.
He has confirmed his party’s intentions to be in opposition to the current government’s actions and Viktor Yanukovych in particular.
