Roman Bezsmertny, a leader of the Our Ukraine Party, announced that the Bloc will move to opposition.

“We clearly outlined our position. There is a governmental coalition and there is the Our Ukraine Party standing in opposition to the government and its coalition,” Bezsmertny told journalists after the talks.

According to the OU leader, the formal procedure of going into opposition will take place Thursday.

He also stressed that the OU will ask the President of Ukraine to recall the orange ministers.

“Let ministers resign from their posts or let them resign from their membership in the party and act as independents,” said Bezsmertny.

In response to the question how the leaders of other political forces took his position, Bezsmertny said: “It is immaterial. I do not worm myself into somebody’s confidence. May be someone’s, for example Petro Symonenko’s, heart is bleeding, but someone may be happy.”

At the same time he did not specify whether Our Ukraine would join inter-faction opposition, headed by Yulia Tymoshenko.

“We have finished negotiations with the anti-crisis coalition, and now we start talks with representatives of opposition forces. That’s political life,” Bezsmertny stated, having added that he had not have any talks with anyone regarding this.

“I already said on March 28, that we are the second as for the number of votes, gained during the elections, and we are waiting for propositions,” he summed up.
