Oleksandr Bondar, MP, member of the OU faction, former deputy head of
the State Property Fund predicts that the privatization plan will not be
fulfilled this year, as he told to the press today at the Verkhovna Rada.
“Privatization task is not fulfilled. There is no chance to do it this year. Only 10% of costs are in the budget. Any object that might have given money is not on sale this year,” he said.
“The competition on the enterprise “Luhanskteplovoz” has been stopped with a direct participation of the Cabinet. The price was 290 million UAH and there were four requests from buyers. The Ukrzaliznytsya has applied to the court with a demand to stop the competition.”
“Plan will not be realized. The Cabinet of Ministers will accuse the Fund of everything though the government has not done anything for the State Property Fund. It is hard to talk about some kind of coordinated actions between the Fund and the government when such things concern precise objects,” the MP emphasized.
