22 coal mines are under the special state control with daily implementation, the State Mining Industry Control press office informs.
The work of 17 Donetsk regional coal mines and five Luhansk ones has been suspended since the beginning of the operation. By October 3, four mines in Donetsk region and five Luhansk mines have not been restarted yet.
630 revisions have been already found 6,000 violations of the accident prevention (500 out of them were severe infringements of ventilation system and powder-gas regime). The work of 259 objects has been terminated. 197 officials have been called to an administrative account. The total sum of penalties is $3,100.
As a reminder, Zasyad’ko tragedy caused the implementation of the special regime in all mines of Ukraine.
