Heads of regional state administration have
not got used to report and answer for results of their work, Prime Minister of
Ukraine Victor Yanukovych stated on the session of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“It witnesses about considerable weakening of vertical line of executive power,” he explained.
Yanukovych reminded that there is distribution by regions in the government.
“I won’t give any instructions to anyone,
but I would like to ask, first of all, to explain to heads of regional state
administrations their level of responsibility to the government…and secondly,
we need to work out a real mechanism of cooperation with regions,” the Premier
said.
