Serhiy Tulub intends to form coal miners’ commissions controlling mines’ directorship, the Ministry draft act reads.
The coal enterprises commissions are formed for effective government of the state property, prevention, disclosure and liquidation of the drawbacks, abuses or violations of financial and economy activity, control over the target expenses of means and funds.
According to the draft decree, the heads of the coal enterprises have been commissioned to hold workers’ general meetings, to form corresponding commissions and to submit the information on corresponding commissions and its personal staff formation by November 1.
