Pervomaysk Prosecutor’s Office (Dnipropetrovs’k region) has delivered to court for consideration a criminal case instituted against an officer of the criminal investigation department of the Pervomaysk City interior Department. He is accused of bribe demand and bribetaking ($100) for non-bringing to account a Prevomaysk dweller.
Dnipropetrovs’k Prosecutor’s Office pres service has revealed it. The police lieutenant has been dismissed.
According to the part 1, article 368 of the Penal Code of Ukraine, he is facing fine or imprisonment for the period of 2-5 years.
