Secretariat Chief of Staff Victor Baloha introduced his deputies to Ukraine’s governors and outlined their tasks and duties at meeting on September 26.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk is commissioned to control economic and legal issues. Ivan Vasyunyk has been charge to implement humanitarian policy and political analysis, Victor Bondar - regional, staff policy and law enforcement agencies, and Oleksandr Chalyy - foreign policy.

According to the president press office, Chief of Staff Baloha said he would change the structure of the State Secretariat by October 4 and was going to appoint "new professionals to control law enforcement agencies, regional, legal and economic policies.”

The chief of staff also promised to reshuffle the presidential press office to implement "powerful" information policy.

“The Secretariat will particularly control projects to analyze the constitutionality of acts passed by the government and the Verkhovna Rada,” he said, adding that he would "make sure presidential orders are implemented."
