The situation of the recent years proved that to address the topic of utilization using old methods is impossible any more, as Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych claimed on the meeting of Governmental committee on legal policy, defense, international cooperation and European integration.
As the Head of the government noted, draft of the concept of 2006-2017 State program of utilization of simple kinds of ammunition, discussed at that sitting, was fully directed at systematic approach for the solving the problem of utilization of unnecessary for the proper use ammunition.
“I’m convinced that we should establish order in this question. It exists and nobody, except for us, can solve it,” Viktor Yanukovych stressed, Cabinet's press office reported.
Prime Minister opined that utilization of ammunition and armament surplus, according to the State program of utilization, would afford not only liquidate the threat for the safety of Ukrainian citizens, but contribute to successful reformation of Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to settle many questions, appeared on international level presently.
