The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to increase export of Ukrainian goods by 12.1% in 2007 or by 5.8 bn UAH, compared to 2006, as it is stated in the draft Social and Economic Development Program of Ukraine for 2007, the official site of Verkhovna Rada informs.

Apart from that, in order to reach these aims, the Government plans to develop mechanism of state support for export of industrial production by passing the Law of Ukraine "On national support, insurance and crediting of export" and to define corresponding norms in the national budget of Ukraine, create national company, responsible for industrial production export guarantees on the part of the State, ensure support on the part of the country for participation of Ukrainian enterprises in tenders abroad and to assist the enterprises on initiation of antidumping, special and anti-subsidiary investigations.

At the same time, the Government plans to establish clear conditions for capital migration and calculations by external economic operations, strengthen the role of trade-economic missions included into diplomatic institutions of Ukraine abroad.

One of the Government tasks is also gradual canceling of limitations on free trade procedure with CIS countries and reaching agreements on non-usage of new limitations. The Government also plans to activate its work regarding participation of Ukraine in the Common Economic Area of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan and to create free trade zone with the framework of the CEA.

As for cooperation with the EU, the Government states the following among its priorities: consulting, start of negotiations on a free trade zone, implementation of analysis on consequence of Ukrainian legislation adaptation for EU standards, as well as consulting regarding improvement of Ukrainian methodic of statistic data processing and co-financing of the European Union technical assistance projects.
