After his election on the
post of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich should have sent a letter
to Brussels about invariability of the foreign
course of Ukraine,
but he failed, as chairman of the Verkhovna Rada committee on national security
Anatoly Kinakh told journalists.
“The letter has not been
signed. And it is a proof that the partners have not reach necessary level of
political culture and public responsibility yet,” he said.
Kinakh noted that the
agreement on signing such letter had been reached during the negotiations over
Universal of national unity.
