Ukrainian Minister for Foreign Affairs Borys Tarasyuk with the framework of his working visit to Finland laid flowers at the memorial plaque in honour of the first diplomatic mission of Ukraine in Finland in 1917 - 1921, which is located at the building of the Ukrainian Embassy in Finland, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's spokesman Andriy Deshchytsia informed.
Tarasyuk also met with representatives of the Ukrainian Diaspora, having briefed them about governmental programs, aimed at supporting Ukrainians abroad, Cabinet's press office reported.
