With the framework of his working visit to Poland Ukrainian Foreign Minister Borys Tarasyuk met with Defense Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's spokesman Andriy Deshchitsia reported Tuesday.

Tarasyuk briefed the Polish Defense Minister about the internal political developments in Ukraine and reassured the Polish side of invariable foreign policy of Ukraine.

The parties agreed upon further development of Ukraine's cooperation with NATO, bipartite Ukrainian - Polish military - technical cooperation, particularly, staging joint military exercises and collaboration in regulation of regional conflicts.

Ukrainian Minister also met with Prime Minister of Poland Jaroslaw Kaczynski.

The parties touched on further development of economic, transborder and regional cooperation between Ukraine and Poland, as well as prospects for facilitation of trade - economic contacts and stepping up investment activities.

The Polish Premier aired Poland's readiness to further support Ukraine in its European and EuroAtlantic integration.
