Lykhovy stands for formation of Ministry of national heritage.
“I’d like that we have Ministry of national heritage,” the minister said on the press conference and added that Ministry of culture and tourism is a certain transition form.
According to Lykhovy, present structure of the government does not meet requirements of the time. “We have problems with coordination of actions and with maneuver of means,” the minister stated.
