“I think we deal with Yanukovich’s lies either to the Russian Premier or to the Ukraine’s President and the Ukrainian people,” OU deputy Yuri Kluchkovsky declared commenting on Yanukovich’s statement on intention to give the Russian language the status of the state one as soon as his coalition will gain constitutional majority in the parliament.
He noted that Yanukovich had signed Universal of national unity in public and taken political obligations also in public. “The Premier, who does not respect Ukrainian people and does not keep his word, will have serious political problems in Ukraine,” Kluchkovsky said.
He expressed a hope that it was just rhetoric, connected with Yanukovich’s visit to Russia.
