As Cabinet’s press office reported, Kirilas is staying in Kyiv with the official visit.
“Ukraine’s PM expressed his gratitude to Lithuanian colleague for support of democratic process in Ukraine and for constant interest to our country,” the press office reported.
Press office of the Lithuanian government reported that Kirilas had interrupted his holiday to meet Yanukovich in Kyiv.
“This short visit is the first occasion for Yanukovich to meet with the colleague from NATO and European Union. We plan to discuss relations between Ukraine and the EU and bilateral economic issues,” Kirilas told BNS agency.
After the visit Lithuanian PM will continue his holiday.
