Leader of Party of Regions Victor Yanukovich forecasts
positive result of voting on all issues of the today’s agenda, as he told
journalists before the start of the plenary session.
In his turn, PR representative Evhen Kushnaryov forecasts that the candidature of Yanukovich will gain about 300 votes. According to him, the faction of the Our Ukraine bloc must support Yanukovich’s candidature by a majority.
He also informed that the formation of the new coalition would be announced after the approval of the PM candidature.
In response to the question why the agenda does not include the question of formation of the Cabinet of Ministers, Kushnaryov said he did not know whether the President had determined his candidatures. The deputy said the factions also have not agreed their candidatures for the posts of ministers yet.
