Naftogaz Ukrainy may pay off the debt to RosUkrEnergo in the amount of $371.789
mln for the supplied gas in the near future at
the expense of borrowed funds.
As vice president of Naftogaz Volodymyr Lytvyn told journalists, a part of the debt might be paid back within the next few days.
He informed that the company was preparing for receiving the next loan with the framework of syndicated credit, lead-manager of which is ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
The Naftogaz vice president did not specify the amount of the loan, but noted that there would be enough funds to pay off the gas debt.
