President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko plans to
conduct consultations concerning dismissal of the parliament with leaders of
the factions, VR speaker and his deputies.
The President has already conducted meetings with BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko and OU faction leader Roman Bezsmertny. Yushchenko also plans to meet Party of Regions leader Victor Yanukovich.
During the meeting with Tymoshenko and Bezsmertny they spoke about parliamentary crisis and ways of overcoming it. The parties also discussed the issue concerning early cessation of Verkhovna Rada’s commissions in case if confrontations fail to be overcome.
