The Constitutional Court swearing-in ceremony to be held under two conditions

Mykola Azarov, PR Chairman of the Political Council states that the Constitutional Court Swearing-in Ceremony may be held on condition that all requirements will be accurately observed.

“The point is that the Party of Regions does not refuse to swear in Constitutional Judges but they must meet the constitutional requirements. Moreover, the ceremony must be held in the presence of the Prime Minister of Ukraine who needs to be elected, and the corresponding profile committee commissioned to consider nominees and then to submit them to the VR. If these two requirements are observed, the parliament will hold swearing-in ceremony in a week,” said Azarov.
