July 6, 2006 new appointed Germany Ambassador to Ukraine Reinhard Schafers delivered copies of credential letters to Foreign Minister of Ukraine Borys Tarasyuk, the ministry’s press office reported.
The diplomats discussed actual issues of the Ukrainian-German relations, including ways of intensification of political dialogue and stirring up of trade and economic cooperation.
Discussing main trends of foreign policy, Tarasyuk underlined once again that Ukraine’s course was directed to European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
