Election of
the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, vice-speaker and deputy speaker will be
conducted in accordance with Constitution of Ukraine by means of secret vote,
separately on every candidature, as PR leader Victor Yanukovich declared.
According to him, the
coalition and the opposition agreed that the candidature for the post of the vice-speaker
would be nominated by Party of Regions.
According to the entered
engagement, the parliamentary committees will be
distributed proportionally among the factions, and a corresponding resolution
will be prepared, Yanukovich said.
