A roundtable presided over by President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is going on in the Secretariat of President. ForUm’s correspondent reports.

According to President’s press secretary Iryna Gerashchenko, participants of the roundtable – PR leader Victor Yanukovich, OU member Roman Bezsmertny, BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko, SPU leader Oleksandr Moroz, CPU leader Petro Symonenko and Secretariat’s government Oleh Rybachuk and Ivan Vasyunik – are discussing the way out of the parliamentary crisis.

At the beginning of the meeting the President underlined that his participation in the roundtable resulted from that the parliamentary crisis had become a national problem, Gerashchenko said.

The Head of State considers that there should not be central politicians and minor politicians as all the five political forces gained votes of the people and won seats in the parliament. Deputies must communicate with each other on equal terms, Gerashchenko told journalists.

According to the President’s press secretary, Yushchenko considers that the coalition must form the government, but parliament’s leadership must be elected first.
