As SPU leader Moroz told journalists, “in the coalition agreement we registered that the Control commission on privatization, the Account chamber and all deputy heads of committees pass to the opposition.” BYuT’s leader Yulia Tymoshenko specified his words having added that the opposition would be also given the post of the first vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, ForUm's correspondent reported.
“I can say that none of the Ukraine’s authorities gave such rights to opposition, as Account chamber is a strong governing body of all state flows. By this act we want to state that the power will be absolutely open to the opposition as regards any actions connected with state finances,” Tymoshenko noted.
As for the post of the first vice-speaker given to the opposition, Tymoshenko said it is “a new solution corresponding to the spirit and matter of opposition’s works, which is to control the power.”
