Ukraine's parliament has resumed plenary sessions Tuesday following a six-day recess in a bid to help break a deadlock in efforts to form a parliamentary coalition and government.

Almost at the same time Chairman of the plenary session, SPU representative Ivan Bokiy declared a recess in the work till 4 p.m. as an application on formation of the coalition has not been submitted to him.

Bokiy has also invited leaders of all deputy factions to take part in the meeting of the conciliatory council during the recess.
