Ukraine is willing to accept EU assistance for extension of activities within Ukrainian-Moldavian frontier. It was revealed by Ukraine Foreign Minister Tarasyuk at a joint press conference of Ukrainian, Moldavian and Belgian Foreign Ministers.
According Minister Tarasyuk, joint cooperation of Ukrainian-Moldavian frontiers along with EU mission experts have proved effectiveness of missions of that kind and outlined main trends of development. “Such missions may be useful and successful during similar operations in Balkans, Caucasus and other regions,” stressed Borys Tarasyuk.
In opinion of Ukrainian and Moldavian frontiers, the EU mission shares its experience of modern methods of frontier guard and customs procedure.
