The EU is interested in Ukrainian aviation for strategic transportation of the peacekeeping missions. It was revealed by Jean Paul Perruche, Director General of the European Union Military Staff after his visit to “Ukrainian Aviation Transport Company” (UATC) Ukraine’s Defence Ministry National Enterprise.
He positively estimated the current situation of Ukraine, outlined availability of new possibilities for cooperation between the EU and Ukraine regarding the strategic reforms launched in the country.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Perruche, “current European security policy is in development” and the European Union feels growing need for strategic transportations which still are a weak point of the EU and other European countries.
