Dnipropetrovs’k Prosecutor Mykola Hornostayev has declared to the Regional Economic Court for the subject of the City Council resolution on the Russian language, the Prosecutor’s Office press office informs.
The Prosecutor insists that the resolution has violated the Constitution of Ukraine and the legislation.
The force of the resolution has been suspended since the Prosecutor had declared according to the article 144 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
