In case if participants of the coalition do not support candidature of Yulia Tymoshenko on the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine, the composition of the coalition will be changed, as Tymoshenko declared on the press conference, ForUm’s correspondent reported.

“If the Parliament does not swear in my candidature as Prime Minister of Ukraine because some coalition’s deputies will not vote for me, then, in accordance with article 81 of Constitution of Ukraine on imperative mandate, these deputies will be replaced by others, who share views of the coalition, and the voting will be held again,” said Tymoshenko.

In his turn, SPU leader Oleksandr Moroz noted that “the Constitution does not provide for imperative mandate. Though, it does not prohibit it…Unfortunately, such variant is possible, when deputies have to vote in accordance with the decision of their faction.”
