NATO allocates $800,000 for training of the civil personnel working in the military departments of Ukraine, Leonid Holopatyuk, the Head of the Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Department attached to the Ukraine’s Armed forces HQ, reported.
He stresses that the program will function until Ukraine needs it. Sixteen NATO countries became donors for this project.
The training contains foreign language study and several specifically professional courses. Fifteen graduates have recently completed their study according to this project.
