Ukraine’s Tender Chamber is to investigate the fact of the Cabinet’s recent acquisition of a Mercedes at the cost of $660,000, First Vice-President Anton Yatsenko told Tuesday at the press conference.
“I suppose that regarding the response this acquisition got, we will request the Cabinet to provide materials concerning its tender,” Yatsenko opines adding that he has info about possible would-be-owner of the car at his disposal. According it, Mercedes was bought by the executive services for future Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Yatsenko cast doubt on the expedience of such expensive Cabinet’s purchase. “It is wrong to buy such expensive cars in such poor country as Ukraine,” concludes Yatsenko.
