Today, during the public meeting of leaders of entrepreneurs’
associations Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov has called entrepreneurs
to increase salaries for employees of their enterprises.
“The government asks you to estimate responsibly your financial ability and to increase salaries for your employees,” said the PM.
Yekhanurov noted that the increase of salaries would become the real step towards system reforms held by the government. According to the PM, he understands that such increase is not an easy step for entrepreneurs against the background of increase of energy constituent of production prime cost.
At the same time he underscored the necessity of such step. “The issue of salary and its correspondence to production prime cost by European standards is on the agenda,” summed up the Premier.
