The delegation of Kyiv educational sphere representatives visits Copenhagen, Denmark. The First Deputy Chief of Kyiv General Education and Science Department Vera Horyunova heads the delegation. The main target of the visit is to study experience of Danish educational system and to discuss the trends of further cooperation within this sphere.
In his opening remark Bo Asmus Kjeldgaard highly estimated the Ukraine-Denmark active cooperation within this sphere. He stressed the significance of experience exchange for improvement of educational systems in Europe and preparation of the secondary school for challenges of globalisation. According to him, Copenhagen teachers have arranged the meeting with enthusiasm as they previously got known with their Kyiv colleagues’ achievements.
Ukrainian guests are to attend seven leading city schools and to get known with the peculiarities of teaching in the regional environmental school. The agenda of the visit consists of the visit in Erestaden and modern gymnasium in Copenhagen. The visit in Ukrainian Embassy in Copenhagen is on the agenda too.
Ukrainian delegation will come back to Kyiv on May 7.
