The Ministry for Youth, Family and sport Affairs has worked out the State Family Support Program for 2006-2010, Deputy Minister Tetyana Kondratyuk reported Thursday.
The Program is a complex of mutually connected, well-grounded and weighted activity aimed at economic support for the families and its proper social protection. This program will be represented at XXII International Congress “The Family: Common Concern.”
The Congress will be held on May 9-11 in Kyiv.
“Nowadays, a family in Ukraine is identified as a key public value, and the state policy is aimed at making it well-to-do, socially safe and healthy unit of the society,” stressed the Deputy Minister Kondratyuk.
