Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetsky passed resolution on additional payment to Kyiv dwellers for hazardous neighbourhood with millionaires and billionaires. He revealed it Thursday at the press conference.
“People living in Kyiv […] must get additional payment as they are neighbouring very rich people. Kyiv is a particular city where common man neighbouring the rich man. “Such neighbourhood causes the price increase on real estate and food,” explained Kyiv Mayor.
“I will not let 80% of Kyiv dwellers suffer form neighbourship with the billionaires-bureaucrats and millionaires-businessmen,” said Chernovetsky explaining the source for such huge capitals.
The final decision on this resolution will be depended on the Kyiv City Council.
