The Chairman of the RF State Duma Boris Gryzlov expresses his hope for continuation of the productive cooperation with newly elected Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He revealed it Thursday at the meeting with ex-Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn in Sanct-Petersbourg.
In the course of the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the pressing questions of cooperation between Russia and Ukraine. The main attention has been paid to current social, political and economic situation in two countries and improvement of the Ukraine-Russia interparliamentarian cooperation.
Both Ukrainian and Russian high officials ensured the interest in further development of mutually beneficial ties.
