Moldova is willing to adopt a set of measures to boost its wine and cognac exports to Ukraine and consolidate on the market, Moldova's Foreign Ministry said after a meeting of Moldova's representatives with Ukraine's largest alcoholic products importers. The meeting was initiated by Moldovan Embassy to Ukraine.
The main attention was paid to the questions linked with the problems which the promotion of the Moldovan alcoholic beverages to the Ukrainian market might face. Specifically, the meeting participants handled the issue of maintaining a positive image of Moldova's wines on the Ukrainian market, providing their stable quality, and improving marketing and advertising, RBC informed.
Once implemented, these measures are expected to help Moldovan wines to not only keep their leading position, but also increase their market share in Ukraine.
