The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine has passed the decision to reject the outsiders’ appeals to the CEC regarding the results of the parliamentary elections in Ukraine, held on March, 26, 2006.
The court decision was passed on Tuesday by the panel of judges of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.
Thereby, the Court declared CEC results of the election lawful. The appeals of Vitrenko’s Bloc, Karmazin’s Bloc, Veche Party and Lytvyn’s Bloc are declared groundless.
