April 19, “E.Sokolnitsky” Russian ship has found an oil slick near Meganom Cape in Black Sea, Emergency Ministry press office informs.
The strong wind (14 m/sec) blows over the place of the incident.
Azov-Black Sea Ecological Inspection, Feodosiya and Yalta trade-ports keep watching the situation. Kerch Recovery and Coordination Centre attached to Emergency Ministry of Ukraine took the situation under its control.
The size and origin of the slick are still unknown.
