April 24 President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko will take part in the
opening of the conference devoted to 20th anniversary of Chernobyl disaster,
as reported Irina Gerashchenko, press secretary of the President, during today’s
press conference.
According to her, April 25 the President intends to meet with representatives of embassies of G-7 countries and to conduct negotiations concerning situation round Chernobyl APP.
April 26 Yushchenko will visit the station itself and will look in Slavutich city.
Gerashchenko pointed out the high level of guests, who would take part in actions on the occasion of 20th anniversary of the disaster. In particular, representatives of a number of international organizations, including UNESCO and MAGATE, will visit Ukraine.
