According to the Minister, it is very important to determine the role of the state in this issue. “It (the state – ed.) cannot solve all questions. It should form a legal base, а frame of reference, understandable for producers and traders in arms. The rest should be a private initiative,” underlined Hrytsenko.
Hrytsenko noted that it was inexpedient “to keep almost all state enterprises in the status of state ones.”
“State budget is limited and should be used for defense of sections of population socially open to injuries, for settlement of problems of national importance, such as defense, foreign policy, education, science. Production should develop with the attraction of private financing,” pointed out the Minister.
“There are a lot of rich people in the country, who can purchase our defense and industrial enterprises fully or partially. And the state wouldn’t have a headache about employments and salary,” added Hrytsenko.
