The officials of Kharkiv State Service fighting the economic crimes disclosed the criminal machinations committed by the functionaries of the municipal services. They illegally sold heat main equipment to the limited company in 2002. It damaged $280,000 to the country, the Interior Ministry PR Department press service reported.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has instituted the criminal case in accordance with the chapter 3, article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of the power and exceeding functionaries’ commissions).
