Today Supreme administrative court of Ukraine is to
continue a hearing on claim to recognize CEC’s announcement of election results
illegal, as declared head of Supreme administrative court, chief judge Oleksandr
Pacenyuk.
On April 16 party “Viche”, bloc of Yuri Karmazin and Lytvyn’s bloc brought similar actions to recognize announcement of election results illegal.
Chief judge Pacenyuk proposed to unite the actions with the one of the bloc of Natalia Vitrenko “People’s opposition” and to consider them together, as they contain the same demands.
The parties of Vitrenko and Karmazina opposed the proposition.
