In Simferopol, Secretariat Chief of Staff Oleh Rybachuk and NSDCU Secretary Anatoly Kinakh took part in a meeting to develop Crimea’s complex development strategy. They discussed ways to improve land relations, settle social conflicts, restore fresh water supplies and develop the Crimean coastline.

Opening the meeting, the chief of staff said harmonious interaction between central and local government would help resolve many problems.

“The President delegated us to sign an agreement between the governments that would regulate our relations,” Rybachuk added, President'spress office reported.

In his turn, Kinakh said it was particularly important to “create conditions for the republic’s stable development when the new government is being formed.”
