President Yushchenko commissions all policemen named Taras to plant trees in Shevchenko’s memorials. He has kept his promise to turn Shevchenko’s memorials into lush parks and gardens. The Interior Ministry of Ukraine has already received such “original” order of the President.
On Saturday, all policemen by name Taras, full dressed will be engaged in planting trees in every coner of Ukraine where the great Kobzar lived. The tradition and culture must be delivered from generation to generation, from Taras to Taras, the President said.
The frustrated police heads are in a hurry to find Tarases and then to send them in full dress to launch the engagement.
