Paying the official visit to Strasbourg on April 10, Justice Minister Serhiy Holovaty on behalf of Ukraine inked two international agreements of the Council of Europe, that is the European Agreement on the Exchange of Therapeutic Substances of Human Origin of 1958 and Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Dignity of the Human Being with regard to the Application of Biology and Medicine on the Prohibition of Cloning Human Beings of 1998.
Ukraine’s Minister met Secretary General Terry Davis and PACE President Rene van der Linden. The main attention of the meetings was centred on current political situation in Ukraine and legal reformation. Holovaty reported about measures assumed by Ukraine for the realization of the Action Plan.
Serhiy Holovaty, Hanne Severinsen and Renate Wohlwend discussed the parliamentary election in Ukraine and reformation of the justice system of Ukraine.
