According to him, it will be copies of corresponding protocols and claims without analysis and comments of the parties-outsiders. “For them (international representatives – ed.) to understand what is going on in Ukraine with ballot counting,” added Zarubinsky.
Lytvyn’s bloc representative demonstrated two protocols from one polling district, signed by commission’s members, according to one of which 120 ballot papers were withdrawn from ballot box #1, and according to another – 24 ballots. “A question arises: why does CEC head Davidovich declare that everything is counted and agreed?” noted Zarubinsky.
In her turn, leader of NDP bloc Ludmila Suprun declared that there was information about bribery of members of election commissions. “May be this fact explains existence of only one signature in protocols,” said she and added that “financial encouragement” of commissions’ members made ten thousand USD.
